Refunds

Version 1.3 · Effective 24 September 2026

Fourteen days to change your mind. Ask within 14 days of payment and you get the full amount back. No questions, no conditions about how much you used it.

1. How to ask

Sign in to your account and choose Refund and cancel. The refund is issued straight away, without anyone reviewing it, and you do not need to give a reason. If the option is not shown, or you prefer, email us () from the address you paid with instead.

If you ask by email, we acknowledge the request within two working days and pass it to Lemon Squeezy, who processed your payment and who issue the refund. The money returns to the card or account you paid from. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, and is typically five to ten days.

2. What happens to your account

A refund ends the subscription. Your account moves through the normal lapse timeline from the date the refund was requested, not from the end of the period you originally paid for:

  • 14 days of full access, so you can retrieve anything you have stored
  • then read-only until day 99, where you can still download
  • then permanent deletion on day 100

This is set out in full in the retention policy. A refund never costs you your files without warning: you keep more than three months to take them with you.

3. After the fourteen days

Annual subscriptions are not refunded after the first 14 days, in whole or in part. You keep full access for the rest of the year you paid for, and the subscription simply does not renew unless you renew it.

You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.

4. Changing plan

Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal: you keep the plan you paid for until the year you paid for is over, and the smaller price begins then. It does not produce a refund or a credit.

Moving to a larger plan happens immediately: your current plan is credited for the unused part of the year, and you pay only the difference.

5. When we refund after 14 days

In two situations we refund regardless of how much time has passed:

  • You were charged twice for the same period, by our error or a payment system fault.
  • We discontinue the service. You receive a pro-rata refund of the unused portion, as committed in section 13 of the retention policy.

6. Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The policy above matches that period and does not restrict it.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement. Where this policy and such a right conflict, the right prevails.

7. Related policies

What may be stored and what happens if a rule is broken: acceptable use policy.

8. Who issues the refund

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC, acting as merchant of record and as the seller of the subscription. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy and appear on your statement under their name. You can also contact Lemon Squeezy directly using the details on your receipt.
