What you can do with it
- Edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations in the browser, without installing anything.
- Share a file or a folder by link, with an optional password and an expiry date you set.

Changing plan
Moving up happens straight away. Your current plan is credited for the part of the year you have not used, so you pay only the difference. An estimate is shown before you confirm, and the exact amount is on your receipt.
Moving down takes effect at your renewal date rather than immediately. You paid for a full year of the larger plan, so you keep it for the full year, and the smaller price starts from the next one.
That means no refund and no credit sitting on your account. It is deliberate: a credit is only worth something if you renew, and you should not lose what you paid for because you later decided to leave.
If a subscription lapses
Nothing changes for two weeks. After that the account becomes read-only — you can still sign in and download everything, but not upload. On day 100 the files are deleted permanently.
We email you six times along the way about your files, and the payment provider sends its own reminders about the payment. Renewing at any point restores full access immediately, with no reinstatement fee.

Where are my files stored?
In the EU. Your files and their backups are kept in European data centres.
Can I take my files with me?
Yes, at any time. Download from the browser, keep a full copy with the desktop sync app, or connect over WebDAV.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing for two weeks. Then the account becomes read-only, so you can still sign in and download everything. Files are deleted permanently on day 100. The retention policy has the full timeline.
Can I share with people who don't have an account?
Yes. A share link works for anyone, with an optional password and an expiry date you choose.
Do you look at what I store?
No. There is no scanning, no profiling and no advertising. You pay for storage; that is the whole business model.
How is it different from Google Drive or Dropbox?
Your files stay in the EU, nothing you store is scanned or used for advertising, and the price is fixed per year instead of per user per month. You still get browser editing of Office documents, share links, version history and sync.
Which devices and apps can I use?
Any modern browser, the desktop sync apps for Windows, macOS and Linux, the mobile apps for Android and iOS, and any WebDAV client.
